Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Cup Fiber One Original Bran Cereal3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt1 Egg Slightly Beaten1 1/4 Cups Skim Milk2 TBSP Olive Oil1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
Grind up the cereal in the blender. Mix it up with the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In mixing bowl beat 1 egg. Add milk, olive oil and vanilla. Add in the dry mixture. Cook in skillet about 5 minutes on each side.

Makes 5, 1/2 cup pancakes
