2 cups uncooked macaroni 8 oz. reduced fat cheese product (like Velveeta Light), cut into cubes1/2 cup non-fat milk1/4 cup part skim mozzarellasalt and pepper to taste
1. Cook macaroni as directed by package. Drain and return to sauce pan.
2. Over low heat, add milk, salt, pepper, and cheese to cooked pasta. Stir until cheese is melted and pasta is evenly coated.

I wish people would write the correct nutritional value. I made this 4 dinner and followed the recipe, This is the actual breakdown: Cal: 346.Carbs 38.Fat 12.Protein 21/serving. It was good, but not fantastic. I think the amount of cheese was over powering. I’d recommend using 4oz not 8oz. - 1/12/09
