Sausage Zucchini Frittata

8 ounces turkey sausage, Sliced2 cups unpeeled Zucchini, Shredded with potatoe piller2 scallion sliced1 tablespoon basil, minced1 teaspoon italian seasoning4 large eggs1/3 cup heavy cream6 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 325F. Spray 8 inch pan with cooking spray
2. Brown sausage, drain and spread over bottom of pan
3. Top with zucchini, then scallions and seasoning
4. Whisk eggs and cream slightley, than pour over sausage mixture
5. Sprinkle cream cheese on top, then mozzerla and cheddar
6. Bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
7. Serve warm.
