Apple Supreme Cheesecake

Ingredients
Ingredients:1 Tb lemon juice7 large plain or honey Graham Crackers1 small box Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Vanilla1 cup Milk, nonfat1 can of prepared Apple filling (sugar free)Lite Whipped topping
Directions
This is so simple you'll wonder why you didn't think of it!

Simply put the cream cheese into a bolw and whip until smooth add milk and mix together. When completely mixed add the instant sugar free pudding mix and continue to whip. When all combined mix in lemon to taste.

Line a 11 X 13 pan with the graham crackers. Lay them downa nd break so they fit, completely covering the bottom of the pan. Then spoon the mix ontp the graham crackers and spread evenly. The next layer is the prepared pie filling ( any flavor you prefer). When spread evenly add the whipped topping on top.

Cover and refrigerate 24 hours so the graham crackers will soften.

    This sounds great but you didnt put the cream cheese and amount of it in the ingredients, so I was wondering then if it was even counted in the calorie count.If you redo this let me know - 9/8/09
