Sprouted Mung Bean Dosa (pancake)

Ingredients
2 cups : Sprouted fresh Mung Beans 1 -2Tbsp : semolina/rava1-2 : Green Chillies/Jalapeno peppers1 tsp : Cumin1 tsp : Salt
Directions
Grind sprouted fresh mung beans with cumin, green chillies and little water to make a thick paste.
Scoop the paste to a bowl and add 1-2 tbsp of semolina and salt. Mix well.
Laddle the batter over a hot tava/girdle and spread it to make a circle. Cook this pancake on both sides and serve hot with chutney of your choice.
