Yogurt Waffles or Pancakes

Ingredients
3 - eggs2 cups - yogurt1/4 cup - oil 2 cups - gluten free flour mixture 1 tsp - baking soda1/4 tsp - salt1/3 cup - Splenda (optional)
Directions
Preheat waffle iron or griddle.
Combine wet ingredients (eggs, yogurt, oil) and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl (flour, baking soda, salt).
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. (don't over mix)
