Boiled Omelete

Ingredients
Ingredients: take 1/2 cup egg whites 1/4 cup of cheese1/4 cup of mushrooms1/4 cup of green bell pepper ( may add onion or any other ingredient you like) not included in nutritional info.
Directions
bring water to a boil in large pot

place all ingredients in freezer size ziploc bag and seal
shake side to side
place in boiling water for 15-17 mins
once done remove from water, grab ends and roll omelete onto a plate.

Makes 1-2 servings

top with salsa if desired

Can make multiple omelettes at once in seperate bags.
