Easy Peach Sorbet

2 large peaches (frozen)1/2 cup water1/2 cup Splenda granules1 tsp lemon juice
Place whole peaches in the freezer overnight, skins on.
Remove peaches and thaw at room temperature for a while until skin is barely soft. Run peaches under warm water, and the skins will fall right off! Cut into large pieces. (Remove pit, of course). Dissolve 1/2 cup Splenda in 1/2 cup water. Place water, lemon juice, and peaches in a blender and blend until smooth. Place sorbet in cups and freeze in the freezer for a few hours before serving.
