Rumbamel's Reduced Sugar Version of BAYLEEMONKEY's Crockpot Apple Butter

-4 c of pureed apples (I kept the skins on for vitamins)-1 c granulated sugar-1 T white vinegar-1 T ground cinnamon-1/4 t ground cloves-1/8 t ground allspice
--Core, cut and puree the apples. Add to the crock pot with the other ingredients and stir well. Cover and turn on high for 3 hours stirring about every 15-20 minutes draining the lid of the liquid and making sure the sides are scraped down.
--Let cool completely and store in an air tight container in the refridgerator for up to 1 month.
--Made about 3 total cups or 48 servings of 1 T each.
--Enjoy!!
