Smothered Okra with pork tasso

Ingredients
5 cups fresh or frozen okra1 cup onions chopped1 cup chopped tomato or rotel 6 oz pork tasso - smoked1 tbs minced garlic1 tbs olive oil
Directions
heat olive oil add garlic . when turning light brown add onion and okra and tasso . Fry down then add tomatoes. add small amts of water when sticking, fry till okra is not slimy A bout 30- 45 min
