Banana Muffins / Bread

Ingredients
1 3/4 Cup Flour1/2 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt3/4 Cup splenda2 tsp graded orange rind or 2 tsp oj1 beaten egg1/4 cup apple sauce1/2 cup soy milk (or regular milk)1 cup mashed bananas
Directions
Sift together the 1st 5 ingredients (dry ingredients).

Combine the rest of the ingredients and then add to dry mix.

Pour into a loaf pan or muffin tins.

For bread bake at 350 for 50 minutes
For muffins bake at 325 for 30 minutes
