chicken chilli

Ingredients
1 chicken breast ( no skin)1 cup grated cheese ( mix cheddar, moz., pepper jack etc)1 - 15 oz. can black beans1 - 15 oz. can kidney beans1- 28 oz. can baked beansi cup salsai - 7 oz. can green chillissalt, pepper, cumin, red pepper flakes, chilli powder
Directions
boil chicken in salted water until tender ( about 30 min.) Pull apart with 2 forks.
In a crock pot dump (without draining) beans, salsa, green chilli, spices, cheese and chicken.
Let cook on med. low for about 3 -5 hours.
Serve with cornbread or tortilla chips and top with lowfat sourcream if desired. A great warm dish for a cold day!
