Tortilla Pizza

1 Flour Tortilla - 6 inch shell2 tbsp. Unico Pizza Sauce1 oz. Skim Mozzarella Cheese, grated.5 tbsp Olive oil2 tbsp raw Onion, chopped2 tbsp raw Green pepper, chopped.5 cup extra lean ham, diced (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil, until onions are slightly browned, or translucent. Place tortilla shell on baking pan, or pizza pan.
Spread pizza sauce over tortilla shell.
Cover with Mozzarella cheese, add sauteed vegetables, and ham (if desired).
Place in oven, and bake until mozzarella cheese is bubbling and edges of shell are brown.
Cut into wedges and serve. Serves 1.
This recipe is easily converted for more than one serving.
