Roasted Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
1 Arnold's Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin3 ounces chicken breast, no skin.25 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese (Great Value brand).5 cup baby spinach1 teaspoon Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard1 teaspoon Southwest Chipotle Mrs. Dash
Directions
Thinly slice the cooked chicken breast.

On one of the sandwich thin halves, spread the mustard and top it with the sliced chicken. Add the Mrs. Dash and the cheese.

Toast in a toaster oven or regular oven until cheese is melted. Top with spinach and the other sandwich thin half and enjoy!

Makes one sandwich.
