Eleanor's Spinach Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
2 32-oz boxes Swanson 99% fat free Chicken Broth1 10-oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained4 eggs
Directions
Thaw spinach, and press out all water. Add spinach to chicken broth in pot and heat just to boiling. In a small bowl, whisk eggs together, and pour slowly into broth, stirring constantly. Continue to simmer 15 minutes over medium heat.

Make about 8 1-cup servings
