Rumbamel's Homemade Beandip

Ingredients
-1 can black beans 15 oz, drained and rinsed-1 can light red kidney beans 15.5 oz drained and rinsed-6 T salsa of desired hotness-5 T Daisy sour cream (I prefer lite, but accidently bought full fat this time)-1 t minced garlic-1 c light cheese like 2% less fat or Shop n Save pizza cheese(usually something with 80 cal and 5 or 6 g of fat)
Directions
--Drain and rinse the beans and process all ingredients except the cheese in a food processor until desired smoothness.

--Stir in cheese and warm if desired. I like it warm. Eat with baked scoops or veggies (not in the nutritional values)

--Makes 7 servings of 1/2 C each.
