Ingredients
Papa Pita Greek Pita (1 whole Pita), 1 servingChicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz Mushrooms, cooked, 0.3 cup pieces Broccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, chopped
Directions
Place Pita on oven safe pan and stack Cooked and diced Chicken, mixed with the veggies and Cheese on top and place under the broiler for a afew minutes to melt the cheese.
