Low Cal & Low Fat Tasty Veggie Mac 'N Cheese

Ingredients
1 12 oz Frozen Bag Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower & Cheese (You can use any variety you prefer ie broccoli and cheese or cauliflower & cheese)1 C. Organics Whole Wheat Rotini (Measured Uncooked)2 Wedges Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb Cheese (Once again you can use any variety you prefer, just keep it light!)1.5 Slices Safeway Brand Fully Cooked Bacon3 Fresh White Mushroom Tops, Sliced1 Tsp Reduced Fat Parmesan Grated Cheese**Remember if you switch things out the nutritional values may change, thats why I included exact brands!
Directions
1. Follow the instructions on the Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, & Cheese Packaging and microwave your veggies. Let your Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges sit out to soften.

2. While your veggies are in the microwave cooking, boil water and cook your pasta. You should also quickly sautee the sliced mushrooms. No need to add any oil, we just want to cook them for about 2 minutes.

3. When the veggies are done cooking and while your noodles are still softening up zap your bacon in the microwave for about 20 seconds on high to warm it up and get it crispy.

3. Drain noodles and return them to the pan over low heat. Add the bag of Green Giant Valley Fresh Veggies, Mushrooms, Wedges of Laughing Cow Cheese, and Crumbled Bacon. Mix well.

4. Serve and add 1/2 Tsp of Parmesan Cheese on top to each serving!

Makes 2, 1.5 Cup hearty servings at just 253 Cals per serving & 6.5 G Fat! Not too shabby!
