Ingredients
1/4 medium pineapple2 ripe pears, such as Anjou1 thumb-size knob fresh ginger
Directions
Run all ingrediants through a juicer. Pour over ice and serve.

You can also cut the pineapple core into thin strips to use as stirrers.
