Homemade Corn Bread

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup Yellow Cornmeal, 3/4 cup Salt, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Evaporated Milk Fat Free, 1 1/3 cupsHoney, 1/4 cup *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 1/4 cup, melted
Directions
Mix together, Dry ingredients. In a separate bowl stir together wet ingredients. Add to the flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden. I baked mine in a 10 inch cast iron skillet.
