Ingredients

1 cup and 2 Tbls water2 tsp butter, softened3-1/4 cup flour1 Tbls sugar1-1/2 tsp salt1-3/4 tsp yeast
Measure and add liquid ingredients to the bread pan
Measure and add dry ingredient (except yeast) to the bread pan
Form a well in the flour where the yeast will be placed. Place the yeast making sure it doesn't touch the water.
Snap the baking pan into the bread maker and close the lid.
Press the French setting
Press the crust color to desired setting.
Press the start button
Makes about 10 slices
