Easy, 1 egg banana bread/ muffins

Ingredients
3 large bananas (mashed)1 egg1 stick butter (melted)1 1/2 cup flour (I use whole wheat or unbleached)1 cup sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees. For bread, bake for 60 minutes. For muffins bake 20-25 minutes.
