Baked Haddock with Wine Sauce (6) servings (kec)

1 Tbsp Canola oil2 Tbsp. finely minced onion2 Tbsp. flour1 1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper1/2 cup whole milk1/2 cup wine (we like Pinot Grigio)3 boneless skinless Haddock fillets ( one 1/2 fillet / serving)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat oil in a saute pan, the add the onion, cooking until tender.
Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper blending well.
Add the milk, stirring constantly, and cook until thick. When thickened remove from heat and add the wine.
Cut fillets in half (for 6 servings).
Place the fish fillets in a 13x9 pan and pour the sauce over the fish . Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 6 (one 1/2 fillet = serving)
