155 g all-purpose flour 100 g sugar 10 g baking powder 2 g salt 125 g All-BranŽ Original 295 ml fat-free milk 1 egg 60 ml vegetable oil
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt (a pinch). Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine All-BranŽ Original cereal and milk. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion evenly into twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees F/Gas Mark 6 about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
