chicken stir fry

Ingredients
2 skinless chicken breast1 green pepper1 onion1can mushrooms2 cups rice(add brocoli or other vegetables if desired)terioki or soy saucewatermargerine (olive oil, or cooking spray)chicken seasoningseason all(add spices to taste)
Directions
Fry chicken in skillet adding spices to taste, if meat starts to stick add water or soy sauce.
Sautee peppers, onion, and mushrooms in olive oil, margerine or cooking spray until tender and soft.
Fry rice in water and drippings off chicken for taste.
When all is done, divide onto two plates putting rice on bottom chicken in middle and peppers on top.
