For each stromboli you will need: one package Pillsbury thin pizza crust dough, 1 tsp. spicy brown mustard, 1/4 pound hot italian sausage (bulk), 1/4 pound genoa salami, 1/4 pound capicola (hot italian) ham, 1 cup shredded mozzarella or pizza mix cheese, and 2 slices american cheese.
Brown sausage in a skillet and drain fat. Roll out pizza crust onto baking sheet. Spread with spicy brown mustard. Layer meats and cheeses. Roll, making sure ends are sealed. Cut small slits in top of crust to allow steam to escape during baking. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
