Crockpot Salsa/Sour Cream Chicken Soft Taco

3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 oz Taco Seasoning Powder - to taste6 oz Salsa1/4 c reduced fat sour cream6 whole wheat flour tortillasKraft 2% Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend
Place chicken breasts in crockpot. (I usually do it from a frozen state) Sprinkle with taco seasoning and pour salsa all over. Cook in the crockpot for 4 hours. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred with a fork. Return to crockpot and add 1/4 cup sour cream, stirring well. Let cook for 30 min to heat through. Place shredded chicken mixture on tortilla dn sprinkle each with 1TBsp shredded cheese. Roll up and enjoy.
