Sausage Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 hot Italian sausage1.5 cup cooked rice3/4 cup sliced celery3/4 cup bean sprouts1/3 cup sliced carrots3/4 cup sliced mushrooms1 tbsp soy sauce1 garlic clove diced1 tbsp peanut oilfew drops sesame oil
Directions
Heat both oils in the bottom of a wok (or frying pan)

Start flying garlic.

Slice sausage in small slices (this is easiest if the sausage is mostly frozen). And sausage to oil and cook until browned.

Add soy sauce and veg. Cover and cook until the veggies are cooked the way you like them (for me its about 15-20 min)

Pour mix over prepared rice.
