Raisin, Date & Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 Cup Raisins, Packed1 cup Dates,pitted, chopped5 tsp Baking Soda2 Cups Boiling Water1/2 cup Butter, unsalted 1/2 cup Canola Oil2 cup Granulated Sugar4 large Eggs, beaten 1 quart Buttermilk, lowfat1 tbsp Salt 5 cups Flour whole grain4 cups (Kellogg's All-Bran Buds Cereal)2 cups Kellogg's Complete Wheat Bran Flakes Cereal
Directions
Mix raisins, dates and soda. Let cool.
add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake what you need at 375 for 25 min. in muffin cups in a muffin tin.
