Chicken Teriyaki Burgers

Ingredients
.66 lbs. ground chicken2 large slices red onion (chopped finely)2 tsp minced ginger2 tsp garlic2 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade3 Orowheat Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins 1 medium red bell pepper
Directions
Reserving half a tablespoon of teriyaki marinade, mix all burger ingredients (not bell peppers) well in a medium bowl and shape into 3 patties. Grill or pan cook until center of each patty is fully cooked (about 15 minutes per side). Slice bell pepper into strips and marinate in reserved teriyaki. Wrap in foil and grill peppers, or sautee in a small non-stick pan.
Serve burgers on warmed sandwich thins topped with grilled peppers (pineapple makes a great addition if you have it, but is not included in nutrition).
Makes 3 burgers.
