Taco Chicken Stew

Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 tbsp canola oilTaco Seasoning (less sodium)4 cups (2 cans) Mexican Stewed Tomatoes (undrained)2 cups (1 can) Pinto Beans (drained and rinsed)Frozen vegetables (14oz bag) (roasted corn, peppers, black beans and onions)
Directions
Coat thighs in 1/2 of taco seasoning. Fry until brown in hot oil. Combine all other ingredients separately. Add to chicken. Bring to boil. simmer for 10 more minutes
