Cannelloni

Ingredients
2 x 200g boxes Catelli Express Cannelloni 2 x 500g light Ricotta Cheese32 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim2 x 700ml Catelli Garden Select sauce5 tbsp freeze dried basil (10 tbsp fresh)1/2 cup grated parmesan or Romano cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Spray 2 13 x 9 baking dishes with nonstick cooking spray then cover bottom of dish with thin layer of Catelli sauce.
3. Mix together ricotta, 3/4 mozzarella, and basil. Cut a small corner off a ziplock bag, fill with cheese mixture, close, and squeeze filling into pasta shells.
4. Place stuffed shells on sauce then cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
5. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan then bake for another 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
