Ingredients
Lean Ground BeefOnionTomato SauceMacaroniCheddar Cheese
Directions
1 lb. lean ground beef
small onion, diced
lg. can tomato sauce
2 cups macaroni noodles, cooked
2 cups cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion together. Add tomato sauce and macaroni noodles, mix well. Top with cheese and cover until cheese is melted.

Makes 8 -1 cup servings

    I only rated 3 stars based on the recipe. Once I doctored it up and added 1/2 minced bell pepper, garlic, a little worsteshire, and some non fat sour cream it was good. I lowered the cheese amount some and only put on 1 cup. - 2/24/08
