Veggie Philly Roll

Ingredients
1 green pepper sliced2 portabella mushrooms (big ones) sliced1/2 onion sliced2.1 ozs Asiago cheese sliced1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 tbsp sunflower oil2 slices flatout flatbread
Directions
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Pan fry veggies and salt and pepper. Mix in asiago and cook until it is melted. Roll up in flat bread. 2 servings
