Veggie-Bacon Avocado Sandwich

*Morning Star Farms Veggie Bacon Strips, 1.25 servingAvocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds Lemon juice, .33 tbsp Salt, .18 tsp Nature's Own Light Honey Wheat Bread, 2 slices, 1 serving Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, thick/large (1/2" thick)
1.Cook Morningstar FarmsŪ Veggie Bacon Strips according to package directions.
2.Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper sauce. Spread on one side of each toast slice. Place lettuce leaf, tomato slices and bacon strips on top of one slice. Top with remaining toast slice, avocado mixture side down. Cut in half. Serve immediately.
