So easy and my boys loved it. Said I need to make more next time. I can't believe I can fry the chicken in butter and than put brown sugar on top. I used everything sparingly and it was great! - 1/28/15

Excellent recipe....going into my "company" cookbook! I did marinate the chicken first. Just my preference - and served with oven roasted potatoes and kale salad. Delicious! - 1/14/13

yummy!! My new favorite chicken recipe!! I used Grillmates Montreal Chicken rub instead of salt and pepper and it was so quick and easy!! There is no way you can only eat one serving!! My whole family loved it! - 7/4/12

I browned the chicken then added chicken broth and simmered until done. My husband who usually does not like grilled chicken breasts really liked this and said it was not dry, very moist.
Simple and quick and does not require much thinking ahead and can be made with ingredients on hand. Yeah! - 11/30/11

This recipe is definitely a keeper. I browned the chicken nicely on both sides and then placed chicken, skillet and all in 350 degree oven for 10 min. to cook the center. Came out juicy and delicious. My husband says, "I would eat that here or there - I would eat that anywhere!" Hats off to you! - 8/15/11

very simple and quick and surprisingly delicious. Used half butter and a little olive oil to cook. Cut chicken into bitesized pieces to cook faster and added a little chicken stock and reduced to make a sauce. Yummy - 5/28/11

I was looking for something fast and simple with on-hand ingredients and this fit the bill. I would make this again. After removing the chicken from the pan I threw in some frozen whole green beans to serve along side the chicken, salad, and rice. - 3/7/11

This was very good, quick to make and very easy. I added some peas, and corn ( only thing I had on hand) in with the chicken , I know that added more calories but not too much. - 2/22/11
