Coleslaw

Ingredients
8 cups cabbage slaw mix1 red bell pepper, sliced thin2 TBSP thin sliced red-onion2 TBSP shredded fresh basil leaves2 TBSP shredded fresh mint1 TBSP fat free sour cream1 TBSP non fat buttermilk1 TBSP seasoned rice wine vinegar 2-3 dashes hot pepper sauce (like tabasco)dash black pepper8 cherry tomatoes, quartered for garnish
Directions
In a large bowl, cimbine the cabbage slaw mix, bell pepper, onion and shredded herbs. In a seperate smaller bowl, whisk together the sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, and pepper. Pur the dressing over veggies and toss to coat. Best if chilled for about 2 hours or can be served immediately.
