I liked this recipe, but found the flavor a bit bland so I will be playing around with the seasonings next time. I added crushed red pepper before serving to spice it up. - 6/9/10

Didn't have turmeric, but used 2 tsp garam masala total. It was still missing something, so I added 1/2 tsp each of curry and ginger powder. This was a really easy recipe, and the flavors are much more pronounced the next day. I will definitely be making this again. - 5/25/10

This is so yummy! I was out of garam masala so I used Curry powder instead, and left out the turmeric. This is so nice with some fresh chapati! - 7/3/08
