3 ounces Mori Nu lite firm silk tofu1 Tablespoon Nasoya light (or mayo)juice half lemon4 teaspoon splenda (or sweetner to taste)1/4 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla milk
Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
I use the whole recipe on my salad but you could use less and reduce the calories accordingly. Divide by number of servings.
