Try this with crab (imitation is easiest) sticks like the sushi restaurants do. Just "shred" the crab and mix with a tiny bit of fat free mayo. You can add a little diced onion and cuke to the mix.. sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and... DEEE LISH!! Yummy! (sort of like the crab delight version) - 7/16/08

I made this only about an hour ago and I have to say it was delicious!
I made it for one so I used only a teaspoon of sundried tomato and basil tuna (ONLY 10 CALORIES), half a teaspoon of philly, onion and carrot. it was surprisingly filling and absolutely delicious. I would make it again! - 6/23/08

I thinly chopped onion and celery and added it in, then curled the carrot for on top, Sprinkled with ground whole peppercorns. So easy and fancy. I will serve at my next party. Need large cucumber to hold it all in. I want to try Grilled Salmon or even boiled egg whites and some Dijon. Fantastic! - 3/22/07
