Balsamic Glazed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 head Cauliflower, cut up into florets4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar3 cloves fresh garlic, minced.5 tbsp dried basilPinch Kosher salt
Directions
Cut cauliflower into florets, heat up oil in saute pan. Add in balsamic vinegar, garlic and basil, bring to a boil and reduce a coup[le of minutes over med-hi heat. Add in cauliflower and pinch of salt and tos together in pan. Cover with a lid and steam for about 15 minutes. Remove lid and continue to cook until liquid gets thick, and cauliflower looks caramelized, stirring every couple of minutes.
