Turkey and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 large yellow bell pepper1 large orange bell pepper2 cubanelle peppers1 med/large onion2 large zucchini-shredded1 kg lean ground turkey4 cups (2 cans) black beans1 can chipotle pepper-chopped (1/2 can if like less spicy)1 cup low sodium chicken broth1/4 cup tomato paste4-5 cloves garliccumin, chili powder, salt and pepper to tastefresh cilantro
Directions
Saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil, add turkey and brown. Add to slow cooker with remaining ingredients except cilantro and cook overnight on low, or simmer until blended on stove. Add cilantro at end of cooking.
