Boiled Potato (1/2 cup) No Skin no salt, 2 cup Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, choppedTurmeric, ground, 0.25 tspCanola Oil, 1.25 1tsp Cumin seed, 1 tspsalt 1 tsp
Heat the oil in a pan, when hot add the cumin seeds. When it crackles add some chopped green chili(optional). Add the chopped onions. Cook them for a while add the turmeric and then the tomatoes. Saute till the tomatoes become mushy. Then add the cooked potatoes and salt to taste. Serve hot with rotis.
