Pumpkin Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups uncooked oatmeal2 tsp baking powder1 cup FF skim milk1/2 cup Eggbeaters1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup Splenda1/8 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend2 tsps pumpkin pie spice1 tsp ground cinnamon1 cup pumpkin (1/2 of 15oz can of Libby's) 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray an 8" square dish with PAM.
Combine wet ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients.
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Pour into prepared baking dish.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
