Spinach and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
3 cups baby spinach, preferably pre-washed1 cup squash, sliced10 cherry tomatoes1/2 can tuna, in water1 tsp olive oil1 tsp vinegar of your choice1 wedge or 1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp black pepper1 tsp paprika1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (optional)1/4 tsp McCormick Lemon and Herb seasoning (optional)
Directions
Hardware you'll need:
A mixing bowl
A fork or a potato masher
A cutting board
A paring/chef's knife
Tongs to mix

1) Open your can of tuna and drain most of the liquid out.
2) Put half of the tuna in your mixing bowl; save the rest for tuna salad.
3) Season the tuna with 1/2 tsp of olive oil, 1/2 tsp vinegar, a bit of lemon juice, and your spices and herbs.
4) Mash with your fork or...well, masher.
5) Chop your squash finely into the shape of your choice.
6) Add the baby spinach, squash and tomatoes to the tuna and lightly toss until mixed well.
7) Add 1/2 tsp of olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice and toss again until well-mixed.
8) Enjoy! Makes one large serving.
