Creamed Chicken and Mushrooms

1 6 oz. Chicken Breast6 Oz. Sliced Mushrooms1/2 cup chopped onion1 lg. clove garic minced1 Can Campbell 25% reduced salt mushroom soup1/2 cup 1% milk1 Tbs. olive1 Tsp. dried Tarragon1 Tsp. Fresh Tyme1 Tsp. Fresh MarjoramFresh Ground Pepper
Brown the chicken breast in the Tbs. of olive oil. Remove it from the pan and saute the onion and garlic. Add the mushrooms and saute until browned. Stir in the mushroom soup and the milk. Add the herbs and fresh ground pepper and simmer a few minutes. Slice the chicken breast amd add it to the mushroom cream sauce to heat it through. Serve over brown rice or noodles. This recipe makes 2 cups or 3- 6 Oz. servings
