Banana apple walnut muffin

Ingredients
1 cup apple cinnamon oatmeal1 cup skim milk3 mashed bananas2 egg whites1 cup wheat flour3/4 cup dark brown sugar1 cup chopped walnuts1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix oat meal and milk and keep for 1 hour. Mix the banana and egg white. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients - wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, brown sugar and walnuts. Mix all the ingredients together and bake it at 375 F for 20 mins.
