Apple Crisp

Ingredients
8 C sliced apples2/3 C brown sugar, packed1/2 C flour1/2 C oatmeal3/4 tsp cinnamon3/4 tsp nutmeg1/3 C butter
Directions
Place sliced apples into greased 9 inch round pan. Mix all other ingredients and sprinkle onto apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30- 45 minutes or until bubbly. (The original recipe called for 4 cups of apples and serves six.) I use 8 cups of apples and it realistically serves about 8.
