1 pound cubed ham2 - 10.75 oz cans Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup1 - 10.5 oz can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup3 soup cans water2 - 14.5 oz cans Diced Italian Style Tomatoes1 - 16 oz bag Birds Eye Freshlike Vegetables for Stew8 oz Barilla Elbow Macaroni
Use a 6 quart crock pot or larger. Put the vegetables in the crock pot with 1/2 cup of water. Add the cubed ham, soups, tomatoes, and cans of water. Let simmer at 250 degrees (Medium-Low) for an hour. Season to taste. I recommend basil, oregano, parsley flakes, garlic salt, and other italian seasonings.
Cook the macaroni and add it to the stew when it is done. Continue cooking at 300 degrees (Medium) for another hour before serving.
