Rumbamel's Strawberry Blueberry Morning Smoothie

Ingredients
-2 c skim milk-3/4 c low fat Dannon Vanilla yogurt-2 c crushed ice-1 c frozen blueberries-2 c frozen strawberries
Directions
--Putting the liquid in first then all the other ingredients into a blender. Puree well.

--Makes about 4 servings of 1 1/2 C each.
